20/04/27 (Isolation is good but meeting people is necessary)

When we look at the most famous historian personalities we will see that most of them have achieve big milestone by spending a tremendous amount of time in isolation. They have decided to sacrifice everything in their lives and dedicated all of their time just to achieve one goal. If you want to be a writer, you need to write more. If you want to be musician, you need to practice a lot. Many goals require isolation to be achieved (not all) and there is a price for that.

When isolating yourself for a very long time, you might experience the following situations. Loneliness, depression, lose your verbal communication skills, and more.... The problem is that after you go very far with your isolation you will be neglected by most of your friends. You will start to be a stranger for them and you will not be able to get help from anyone. This might be fine with you in the beginning but by time you will starts to feel the effect.

Also, meeting people from while to while will get you inspiration for your goal. You might get more motivated by meeting people and see what they are doing. It is necessary to follow up the news around you. You might realize that you should change your goal and it is not worth achieving.

All in all, isolation is good to make progress in your goal but you need to make it in reasonable way. It is very important to make balance between your mental health, physical health and your goal.
