The Daily Brain Information Capacity

When it comes to achieving a learning goal, it is extremely important to make room in our brain for new information to enter and stick in our brain. We need to be conscious about how much information our brain process every day. Our brain is capable of processing certain amount of information effectively every day. When We exceed that limit, our efforts in learning more information will be pointless.

This is why it is essential to minimize our exposure to distractions and especially social media. We start our day with empty and pure brain. When we use social media, part of our brain will be filled. When we play video games, the same will happened. Listening to the radio, music or a podcast will also do the same. Driving for a very long distance is also the same. In the end of the day we will completely full.

This is why it is important to be conscious of how much information we process every day even if we are not a students or we are learning something. Because when we process too much information and make so many decisions we will start making poor decisions and mistakes.

Moreover, this mean that it is important to give up on our goals for the time being and focus only on one goal until we achieve it. This might be extremely difficult because most people have multiple important goals and evaluating them is very hard.

At this point, you need to ask yourself, what is the most important goal that I need to achieve right now and what kind of goals that can be postpone to the future? This will open your mind to start thinking about the consequences of postponing each goal and picking up the most important one for the time being.

After I have have solved my depression problem completely, I started looking unsatisfied on many self-development post. I realized that often time, being optimistic is just a way of escaping the brutal truth. It is actually will make you less happy instead of more happy. Even too much positivity is bad for you.

The Chalisgaon Solar Panel Vandalism Incident: A Labor Protest Turned Viral

In 2018, a labor dispute at a solar farm in Chalisgaon, Maharashtra, India, escalated into an incident of vandalism, where frustrated workers destroyed solar panels. The workers were employed to construct and maintain a 100-megawatt solar project but took drastic action due to unpaid wages. Videos showed them smashing the panels with hammers and sticks in protest. Initially, some misinformation circulated online, suggesting that the destruction was motivated by superstitions, such as blaming the panels for causing droughts. However, fact-check investigations confirmed that the primary reason was non-payment of wages. The workers, angered by the delayed compensation, decided to damage the infrastructure as a form of protest. This incident highlights the vulnerabilities within labor management in large-scale infrastructure projects. The combination of financial mismanagement and lack of proper communication between workers and project administrators can lead to such severe reactions. The...

Why You Cannot Achieve More Than One Goal in The Same Period of Time

One of the most common traps people fall into is trying very hard to achieve more than one goal in the same period of time. They might be very motivated to master more than one skill so they create a schedule to help them work on all their goals in a daily basis. They keep working hard on multiple goals in the same time for months without getting a satisfying result. Then they start to question their strategy in learning each skill and change it and keep repeating the same cycle again. They start to work on one goal all the time but after two or three weeks they start to work in more than one goal and the cycle keep repeating.             What I mean by a goal or a skill in this post is something like, improving your academic performance, master a musical instrument, learn a language, have a good body shape, learn drawing, be a great engineer, be great writer, learn a coding language, …etc. These are just some examples but you ...
