Decision fatigue mean that you constantly have to make a lot of decisions. This is a very big problem because it affects your health and productivities. First I will talk about health. The need to make lot of decisions will makes you constantly thinking about which option is better. This will gradually make you make a lot of unwise decisions and later on you will start to hesitate in making decisions. The main problem with constantly have to make a lot of decisions is that your mind will constantly be occupied and this will decrease your focus and concentration. This is the reason why many people advice you to plan and prepare everything before you sleep. This will make you avoid making decisions in the morning and will make your mind clear. Also, this is the reason why you need to have a routine because if you are doing the same thongs every day, you will gradually develop habits which will be done automatically without thinking. This mean that every day when you practice a certain skill your mind will be clear and focus. I personally have the habit of running in the morning every day. To be prepared for running, I sleep with my running clothes so when I wake up I go straight from bed into running after drinking some water and eating something. Managers and CEOs suffer from this problem all the time because they constantly have to make a lot of decisions all the time. Parents also have this kind of problem with their children. It is important to solve this problem if you have it because it will change your life.
