I have been running everyday in the morning since two years. I have gained a lot of benefits from running such as more focus, more energy and reduction in my stress. It also helped me to improve my blood circulation and improve my health. However, I didn't know that running can lower my resting heart rate. Running every day in a steady moderate pace will force the heart to pump more blood in higher beating rate. This will gradually make your heart stronger and stronger. This mean that the heart can pump more blood per one beat. This mean that you will have low heart beat rate at rest. This information have attracted my attention when I heard it. I am very proud of myself and the habits that I have created. I also have created a lot of habits which I will talk about them in my future posts.
One of the most common traps people fall into is trying very hard to achieve more than one goal in the same period of time. They might be very motivated to master more than one skill so they create a schedule to help them work on all their goals in a daily basis. They keep working hard on multiple goals in the same time for months without getting a satisfying result. Then they start to question their strategy in learning each skill and change it and keep repeating the same cycle again. They start to work on one goal all the time but after two or three weeks they start to work in more than one goal and the cycle keep repeating. What I mean by a goal or a skill in this post is something like, improving your academic performance, master a musical instrument, learn a language, have a good body shape, learn drawing, be a great engineer, be great writer, learn a coding language, …etc. These are just some examples but you ...
