Poison Positivity

When I was in my third year in college, I had an acute depression. I had very bad grades and I had a lot of family problems. Starting from 2018, I decided to listen and read about self-development. I immersed myself in this world and I replaced my negativity with positivity. I literally brainwashed my brain. After I have have solved my depression problem completely, I started looking unsatisfied on many self-development post. I realized that often time, being optimistic is just a way of escaping the brutal truth. It is actually will make you less happy instead of more happy. Even too much positivity is bad for you.

2022/04/30 (The Power of 30 Days Challenge )

Yesterday I was watching videos in YouTube about Fitness. I started watching one video after the other. I watched a video about an interesting work out that sticked in my mind. The video maker explained how much he is interested in trying famous Hollywood actors work out. He was talking about King Arthur movie and how the actor have shredded body. His work out was basically punching the air 1000 times every day for 3 months. This guy decided to try this work out for 30 days. He inspired me to try doing this work out. But he also made me think deeply about how much powerful 30 days challenge is. It will makes you able to build up habits that will help you make progress in your goal. You need to implement habits into your lifestyle to make real progress in your goals. Actually, without having specific goal, you will get lost. 2022/05/2 (Is Modern Technology Harmful to Humans?)

Starting from today I will start writing my opinion about questions. This will be good exercise to improve my critical thinking skills and arguments skills. Is Modern technology harmful to human? Modern Technology have transformed our world. It allowed us to live in comfortable way compared with hundreds of years ago. We have the internet which allowed us to communicate and share information with the whole world. It is now very easy to know the news of any country by the internet or the TV. You can call your family or friends while you are in your home instead to go to their house and meet them in person. Of course this comes with advantages and disadvantages. On one hand, Technology have allowed us to communicate very easily. Now with a click in your phone, you can call anyone anywhere in the world.
