2022/04/30 (The Power of 30 Days Challenge )

 Yesterday I was watching videos in YouTube about Fitness. I started watching one video after the other. I watched a video about an interesting work out that sticked in my mind. The video maker explained how much he is interested in trying famous Hollywood actors work out. He was talking about King Arthur movie and how the actor have shredded body. His work out was basically punching the air 1000 times every day for 3 months. This guy decided to try this work out for 30 days. He inspired me to try doing this work out. But he also made me think deeply about how much powerful 30 days challenge is. It will makes you able to build up habits that will help you make progress in your goal. You need to implement habits into your lifestyle to make real progress in your goals.  Actually, without having specific goal, you will get lost. 20/04/27 (Isolation is good but meeting people is necessary)

 When we look at the most famous historian personalities we will see that most of them have achieve big milestone by spending a tremendous amount of time in isolation. They have decided to sacrifice everything in their lives and dedicated all of their time just to achieve one goal. If you want to be a writer, you need to write more. If you want to be musician, you need to practice a lot. Many goals require isolation to be achieved (not all) and there is a price for that.  When isolating yourself for a very long time, you might experience the following situations. Loneliness, depression, lose your verbal communication skills, and more.... The problem is that after you go very far with your isolation you will be neglected by most of your friends. You will start to be a stranger for them and you will not be able to get help from anyone.  Nowadays, it is very easy to spread misinformation and rumors. The majority of people don't try to confirm the information they hear. When they hear a rumor, they take for granted as if it is a postulate. For example, when Samsung lost a law suit against Apple, rumors spread that Samsung paid Apple $1 Billion in coins. There was videos showing 7 trucks loaded of coins. But it turn out that it is actually irrelevant. Samsung did not pay Apple $1 billion in coins. There are a lot of similar situations like this and it is happening constantly. Because if this, there is a volunteering organizations who are dedicated to debunk any rumor who get viral. However, this is not enough. People should pay more attention for any information they hear. Even if it is very old information. Is egg yolk really bad for you? Is it true that chocolate causes acne? 2022/04/25 (Stop Wasting Time, Start Today)

 Many people wait until certain time or event before they start working in their goals. They wait until they get a job to start a business. They wait until they have a tutor before they learn a language. They wait until the new year to start working in their goals. We all have done it before. We all make excuses to justify for ourselves why we cannot do what we should be doing. The problem with this is that it going to be like a habit. This is going to makes us feel good and feel that we are really doing our best.  Humans are capable of doing much more than they imagine. W all put limits in our capabilities. If we really have the will to achieve a goal, no matter what kind of obstacles are in our way, we will destroy all of them. It is all about the mentality. 2022/04/23 ( College is worth it )

Nowadays, many people started wondering if college worth all the money and effort instead of getting a job right after school. College is expensive in some countries and cheap in other countries. I will be talking about the situation in expensive countries. For example, in the USA college tuition is very expensive and many parents cannot afford it so students have to loan money to pay the tuition. This loan will accumulate throughout college years. Once you finish college, you will have to spend 5-10 years just to finish paying your debts. Moreover, you will have to make a lot of effort and spend a lot of time studying (4-5 years).  On the other hands, if you decided to find a job right after school, you will be making little money instead of debts. Getting a job without certificate is possible but it will be minimum wage and will be probably physical and tiring. You need to have an ultimate goal in life (2022/04/22)

 The world has a lot of problems such as Wars, hunger, Disintegration of the family, divorce, orphans, poverty, in justice, evil, natural disasters, discrimination, pollution and so on. It is next to impossible for one person to contribute in solving all of these problems in the same time. These are huge problems that require spending my whole life trying to fix one problem so I can really make a real change.  Our ultimate goal in life should be leaving the world better than before. Even if the change was tiny. This should give meaning to our lives. This makes us motivated to work harder to spend a tremendous amount of time just to make small contribution in solving a global issue. Our lives should have meaning, a purpose. 2022/04/21 ( Big change starts with baby steps)

 When I was in my third years in college, I had an acute depression. I needed a method to cure my depression. I decided to make a lot of changes in my life. I realized that what I am doing everyday will makes me get the same results. I realized that if I need to get a different results, I need to make different actions. I was fed up with my situation and very frustrated with my life. I decided to go very extreme in my actions to really make change in my life.  First of all, I decided to stop hanging out with all my friends and stopped spending time with my family. I stopped watching movies, playing video games, Soccer and so on. I realized that in order for me to have time to do the needed actions to make real change, I need to free up all my time.  Secondly, I decided to concentrate only on one small goal.  Traveling is considered as a secondary need for living for most people. It is believed that it is not really necessary need for living. However, I disagree with that.  I think that traveling is one of the necessities of life. When you travel you break your routine and get disconnected to your every day life. This is very important to release your stress from daily life and get relaxed. Being stressed all the time will affect your health and makes you miserable after a while. Breaking the every day routine is essential to release your stress and get disconnected with your every day responsibility.  Traveling is not the only way to release your stress and get relaxed. However, leaving your city completely is the best way to get fully disconnected with your every day responsibility. 2022/04/19 (Anger is not always a bad feeling)

Anger is one of the feeling that is always considered as a bad or evil. We always hear people say don't get angry, control your feeling. This thinking is not really wrong because when people are angry they make problems and fight with whoever Infront of them.  However, anger can be useful in some situations. Sometimes people don't follow your orders unless you show them anger and shout on their faces. Making people afraid and fearful is not always an evil act. Of course I am talking about controlled anger. When you get angry, you need to balance your words and talk properly. It is sometimes for their sake. Some people are carless and keep being carless because everyone around them is afraid to hurt their feeling. In life, there is good moments and bad moments. People who live in good moments all the times are dead people. It is the nature of living to feel happy at a time and feel sad at a time. 

2022/04/18 (concentrate on one goal at a time)

 Today I want to talk about achieving goals. I have a problem of wanting to achieve a lot of goals and this is making me distracted. Especially if your goals is mastering skills. I want to master a lot of skills. In order to achieve a lot of skill, you need to concentrate on one skill at a time until you master it before you move to the next skill. Also, it is important to make a plan for maintaining each skill you master. If you don't use it, you will lose it.  The biggest challenge is deciding which goal is the most important goal. Sometime it is just very difficult to decide which goal is the most important goal. One of the methods that might helps you decide which goal is the most important for you for the current time is to list down your goals everyday and explain for yourself why this goal is the most important goal and it can't be postponed.  Next will be planning a time and strategy to achieve your goal.
